30 Day Returns Warranty
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from rap-tee.com, simply contact our Support Center. You can return the product within 30 days after receiving the delivery. We will always offer the best solution for our customers.
1. Please contact us within 30 days starting from the day you have received your order.
2. All return items must be in original, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with all tags attached and accompanied by your receipt. We cannot accept any return item that is not in original, new condition or any return item that is damaged due to:
• Soiling or staining (food, lipstick, makeup, bleach, marker/pen, sweat, dirt, etc.)
• Wear and tear (ripping, tearing, snagging or other signs of wear)
• Odor (perfume, mildew, body odor)
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
Notes about Warranty
– All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging intact.
– All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team, if approved, you will be provided with an form. Returned items without a corresponding form and/or not matching the requirements listed above will not be accepted.
